He is extremely attentive to the necessary details that go into effective property management. In all situations, Jeff remains calm, cool, and collected. He is a tremendous source of knowledge, integrity, and much more. I trust him immensely. The Good Steward business model is on par with the big guys, and yet offers everything you would want from small & local. They go above and beyond not only for the residents, but for the owners as well; listening to, understanding and implementing the owner's thoughts and input on the property. First of all, when you meet them, you can tell they are good and honest people you can trust. They are patient, professional, and responsive and answered all my questions and concerns. They moved the process along and delivered a great result. I recommend them most highly as a great company to work with. They are much better than larger property management companies, to which you are a number, and not a priority. They are super organized and have streamlined the renovation and leasing process, including owner education, to the services they provide. They also value the residents to which they lease. You will be so glad you contacted them!
