Meet the Team
Good day! I’m Jeff Terreros… property manager at Good Steward Property Management. We strive to provide good stewardship of an owner’s investment while creating a great rental experience for our residents! When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, having a glass of wine and… thinking of better ways to serve our customers!
Hi! I’m Elyse Terreros and I’m in charge of running the office. I oversee the Leasing & Lease Renewal process by making sure that we follow our checklists. Outside of the office I devote my time to our two kids plus our doggie which keeps me busy!
Good Morning! I’m Rose Briceno and I am happy to help. My tasks include assisting with the Leasing & Lease Renewal process as well as helping the office run smoothly. I am always happy to answer your questions and see how I can be of assistance. In my free time I enjoy writing and spending time with my grandkids!
Nice to meet you! I’m Silvino and I’m in charge of overseeing the Maintenance and Move Out process. We know that there’s several systems and a lot of components to a rental property that need attention. When a maintenance request comes in, I am in charge of dispatching it to the appropriate vendor and following up to make sure that it gets completed in a timely manner. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, singing and traveling!
