Agent Referrals

Do you have a Referral Partner in residential property management? If the answer is no, you should be looking for one. As a sales agent, you are bound to come up to a situation where your clients may be in need of property management services. Whether they are looking to buy an investment property, trade up from a smaller home to a larger one and want to rent out their previous property, or maybe move into a retirement community and rent out their current home for rental income, etc… at some point you will are bound to run into a situation where property management services may be needed and we would love to be your referral partner.

For every client referred we pay a $500 referral fee. In addition, we will sign a Non- Compete with you on the brokerage side which protects you and any possible sales business with the client referred. Whether they are looking to buy or sell, we will always refer the client back to you for brokerage services. Another component is keep in mind is Leasing. In our experience, depending on your goals you may or may not be looking to lease the property on behalf of the client.
