To answer the first question, virtually everything we do falls within what we call the Resident Life Cycle:
By taking the time to go over our policies and procedures as to how we will operate the investment through each of these phases an owner will get a better understanding of our process and what we do. For the second question, we offer a Three-Tier Pricing Plan which ranges from 6% - 10%.
